This video will explain the pros and cons of open houses for both buyers and sellers. Buyers should be prepared to: keep comments neutral, do not snoop, do wear shoe covers, and meet real estate agents as if they could be their next best friend. Sellers should be ready to have people look through their public spaces and some private spaces, possibly receive no or neutral feedback and be gone for a window of time.
